Guinea’s Mamaya festival: Thousands dance in Kankan

Thousands of dancers have taken part in the 83rd annual Mamaya dance event. The festival is a three-day event held in Kankan, in the east of Guinea.

Mamaya is a traditional dance that originated in Mali.
